Shipping & Returns

All  orders are shipped via USPS Priority, Express mail or various FedEx Services.  All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Depending on the number of weekly orders it may take up to 10 days for delivery. We guarantee live arrival on all our shipments. Our shipping charges are calculated automatically. There is no hidden charges or fees. Your credit card will be charged only once. Unlike most on line companies we charge the actual shipping cost. We try to be as accurate as possible. We offer USPS flat rate shipping for $10.20, this can be used for any orders. Orders are also available for pick-up for customers in the southwestern Ohio area.

All plants are professionally packaged. Plants are wrapped in wet newspaper and placed in individually labeled aquarium bags. We also include insulated boxes and ice or heat packs depending on weather conditions at no additional charge.

Currently we are only accepting orders from the United States and Provinces.


We guarantee live arrival of your plants. If your plants arrive in unsatisfactory condition or your are dissatisfied for any reason. Please contact us within 24 hours of order arrival and we will replace the plants or refund your money (shipping charges are non-refundable). On rare occasions we may require proof of dead plants, picture or returned plant. All returns are handled on an individual basis.

After selecting shipping method you will be prompted to select a payment option. Select paypal and then click on continue checkout then review your order and click on confirm order in the lower right hand area. You will then be automatically directed to paypal. Click on the continue button under the don't have a paypal account as shown below.



After clicking on continue you will be prompted to enter in shipping and credit card information. Once this is completed your order will be complete.


After selecting shipping method you will be prompted to select a payment option. Select money order/check and then click on continue checkout then review your order and make note that the payment info is also listed. Then simply click on confirm order in the lower right hand area. Note: When paying with money order your order will not be shipped until the money order is received. When paying with personal check your order will not be shipped until check has cleared.
